Ingredients

Dough

4 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup warm milk

¼ cup granulated sugar

2¼ tsp active dry yeast

2 eggs

⅓ cup melted butter

1 tsp salt

Filling

½ cup softened butter

1 cup brown sugar

2 tbsp cinnamon

Cream Cheese Frosting

8 oz cream cheese

¼ cup butter

2 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Mix the warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes until foamy.

Add the eggs, melted butter, salt, and flour. Knead until smooth and elastic. Cover and let the dough rise for about 1 hour.

Roll the dough into a large rectangle. Spread softened butter over the surface, then evenly sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Roll tightly into a log and cut into 12 equal rolls.

Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 22–25 minutes, until lightly golden.

Beat together the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread generously over the warm cinnamon rolls before serving.
