Ingredients
Crust
24 Oreo cookies
6 tbsp melted butter
Filling
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sour cream
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
12 crushed Oreo cookies
Topping
Whipped cream
Crushed Oreos
Mini Oreos
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and eggs one at a time. Fold in the crushed Oreos.
Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
Bake for 55–60 minutes, then allow the cheesecake to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 6 hours.
Decorate with whipped cream, crushed Oreos, and mini Oreos before serving.
