The Ultimate Loaded Nachos – Better Than Any Restaurant!

These Loaded Nachos are piled high with crispy tortilla chips, seasoned ground beef, gooey melted cheese, fresh vegetables, and creamy toppings. They’re perfect for game day, movie night, parties, or an easy family dinner that everyone will love.

Ingredients

1 large bag tortilla chips

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp taco seasoning

½ cup water

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup Monterey Jack cheese

1 tomato, diced

1 jalapeño, sliced

½ red onion, diced

½ cup black olives

½ cup sour cream

½ cup guacamole

Fresh cilantro

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat, then stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

Spread half of the tortilla chips on a baking tray. Add half of the seasoned beef and both cheeses. Repeat with another layer.

Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.

Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños, black olives, cilantro, sour cream, and guacamole.

Serve immediately while the cheese is hot and stretchy.
